The last few months (and years) have been extremely challenging for all of us like never before. We have all been put in a situation where a huge part of our lives was changed. We have adjusted most of our life to the new reality.
Lots of services, products and interactions have been moved online and, at the same time, we have lost a “backdoor” for the users that, for various reasons, could not access the digital world. The current situation is a great opportunity for us to realise how we can improve all aspects of our life and create experiences that are accessible and welcoming to everyone.
I believe that every person taking part in creating digital products should be responsible for making them accessible. Yet there is great weight on BAs’ shoulders. Therefore, I think that every BA should be responsible for building awareness and making sure that we are doing everything we can to improve our products in that aspect.
Watch the webinar to hear what digital exclusion is, and more importantly, how Business Analysts have an important part to play in ensuring it does not occur.
