About the Webinar
Organisational restructuring, “downsizing” and redundancies seem to be a constant feature of corporate life. Being made redundant can feel extremely personal, and it can be difficult to know what to do next. Should you get a certification? Get active on social media? Use a recruitment consultant? Take some time out? Or some combination of all of the above? There are a mind-boggling number of factors to consider, including:
– How to deal with the emotional response to being told your role is redundant
– The short term steps you should take
– How to craft a CV that will grab the attention of a recruitment consultant and a hiring manager
– The role of networking
– Whether certification will help
