Business analysts add value to change programmes through bringing people together and building an understanding of their goals and objectives. It is often a very challenging role which requires a lot of flexibility in approach to get the best from stakeholders. Good communication and engagement skills are fundamental to delivering successful change for business analysts.

NLP was originally developed in the mid-1970s by John Grinder and Richard Bandler as a result of them being interested and curious about how excellent communicators differed from other people. They carried out several projects to study the mindset of successful people and organisations and developed many NLP techniques which are widely used today in work based and personal situations.

This webinar will introduce you to the concepts of NLP and provide you with some techniques to take away and start using in your every day interactions both at work and in other areas of your life. Themes covered will include:

Improving personal effectiveness through increased self-awareness
Better team work by building rapport and understanding different views
More confidence in influencing others and handling conflict
